A 1-2-1 consultation with me will get you on the right track and provide you with a personalised programme to improve your health. The advice I give you will be evidence based, which means based on actual science, not the latest fad or trend. I strongly believe this evidence based scientific approach to nutritional programming is key to long term success and why my clients achieve such positive results. I offer consultations from my clinic in Altrincham and for those that live further away I also offer consultations via Skype or telephone.
Prior to a consultation with me I will need you to fill out a food diary and questionnaire, these will be sent to you once you have booked your appointment and will need to be returned to me 3 days prior to your consultation. This will provide me with a clear picture of your health history and eating habits, enabling me to consider how I can help you achieve your goals and ensuring you get the most from the session. Consultations last up to one hour; we will discuss your goals, physical activity levels and any health concerns. From this you will be provided with a fully personalised nutrition programme that will take into account your own specific goals and lifestyle.
