• 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • ¼ cup almond flour (you can buy almond flour or just blend almonds until you get the consistency)
  • 1/4 cup almonds chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (or ther natural sweetener)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted


  1. Preheat the oven to 150°c
  2. Mix together all the  ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12 -15 minutes.
  4. Serve with milk of your choice or Total Greek yoghurt.
  5. Enjoy xx
