- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- ¼ cup almond flour (you can buy almond flour or just blend almonds until you get the consistency)
- 1/4 cup almonds chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp maple syrup (or ther natural sweetener)
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- Preheat the oven to 150°c
- Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12 -15 minutes.
- Serve with milk of your choice or Total Greek yoghurt.
