Ingredients (Makes 12)
- 6 eggs beaten
- 60 ml milk
- 1 (160g) tin of tuna drained and flaked
- 1 (150g) tin of sweetcorn
- 50g cheese (cheddar & feta both work really well)
- Salt & black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°c
- Add the eggs, milk, tuna, cheese, sweetcorn and cheese to a large mixing bowl and season with salt & pepper and mix with a fork until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into muffin cases and bake for 20-25 minutes until the egg is golden and set.
