Ingredients 

  • 1 avocado peeled and stoned
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • Large handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein *
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk

* I use Optimum Nutrition french vanilla

Instructions 

Simply whizz everything up in your blender until smooth adding more liquid if necessary.
